About Me

Social-first and 360° campaigns creative specialist. I have the ability to bring to life innovative social and 360° campaigns experiences by crafting content with the user behaviour and platforms in mind, that helps brands elevate their presence.

My journey started in the Social Media department developing strategies to amplify creative tactics across social channels, utilizing paid media planning and metrics analysis. As my career evolved, I began to focus on the creative development of campaigns, by building on my technical skills to improve the overall storytelling process: From concepting, to directing A-list talent, through the production and publishing of the content pieces.

Developing sophisticated, social-first and 360° campaigns experiences for Fortune 500 companies has been the core of my career—Bringing along recognition of several Creative Awards.

  • Developed several Clio and Shorty-Awards winning social media and 360° campaigns for T-Mobile, such as Toss Your Cap, Santa Calling and Justin Bieber NYE

 

  • Oversee T-Mobile’s creative social media efforts across General Market and Multicultural segments to develop groundbreaking content for the space

 

  • Lead a team of creatives specifically built to develop all creative for T-Mobile’s social media & 360° campaigns

 

  • Executed total market branded content during high-profile tentpole events such as: Coachella, American Music Awards, Premio Lo Nuestro, Major League Baseball, Russia World Cup, BlizzCon etc.

 

  • Utilized data-driven insights to develop campaigns that increased brand awareness, affinity and subscriber acquisitions

 

  • Thought-leadership on the development of T-Mobile’s social strategies, allowing the agency to grow the scope of the business

  • Redefined T-Mobile’s social media brand tone & voice guidelines to be applied across the brand’s channels

 

  • Spearheaded the implementation of a cross-functional process to streamline workflow and increase efficiencies while meeting client’s expectations 

  • Built and developed a brand-new team of social media & 360° campaigns creatives to service T-Mobile’s General Market and Multicultural efforts, helping the agency increase scope

 

  • Implemented processes to streamline collaboration with production partners such as Dick Clark Productions, Goldenvoice, Univision and C3, evolving tentpole activations to deliver 360° narratives that remained consistent across channels (Social, broadcast, Digital, Etc.)

 

  • Mentored junior team members and traditional creatives to deliver on social-first and 360° campaigns ideas and executions

  • Lead the creative development for all T-Mobile’s social media Hispanic Market efforts

  • Created fresh and innovative social creative content that surpassed performance benchmarks and delivered groundbreaking positive sentiment amongst social audiences

  • Consolidated partnership with clients through the development of strategies and creative that allowed the agency to become T-Mobile’s AOR for Social

  • Lead social media channels strategy and content amplification based on the creative approach
